Are these renders construction-ready drawings?

No. All deliverables are conceptual and intended for planning, presentation, and decision-making purposes only. They are not architectural drawings, engineering plans, or permit documents. A full disclaimer is provided with every package.

Can I use this to present to my builder or contractor?

That's exactly what these packages are designed for. The PDF format is built to run a builder meeting — scoped deliverables, before/after comparisons, and a financial summary your contractor can reference for bidding.
